Shipping and delivery
All orders are shipped from Slovenia, EU.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
European Union
Delivery within the EU usually takes 5–10 business days. All shipments include tracking.
United States
Orders to the US are shipped via FedEx Express and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
All duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the price, so there are no additional customs fees or delays (US only).
Tracking is included with every order.
Rest of the world
Shipments outside the EU and the US are sent via Pošta Slovenije and typically take 2–3 weeks.
Tracking is provided for all international shipments.
Phone number
Please provide a phone number at checkout. It will be used exclusively for delivery purposes by the shipping carrier, if required.
Payment options
We currently accept payments via Shopify Payments, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
Our shop never receives or stores your credit card information.
Are all items in your shop handcrafted?
Yes, every item in my shop is handcrafted by me. I use only high-quality materials, and each piece is made with care and attention to detail.

Processing time for bulk orders may take up to a week.
Do you accept returns?
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
I want you to truly love your purchase, and I’m always happy to help if something isn’t quite right.

Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellations can be requested before the item has been shipped.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
