Size of the gemstone: 16 x 12 mm

Size of the ring: adjustable

You put the arm ring on by putting your hand through the loop and then sliding the arm ring up your arm, all the way to your bicep. Do not bend the arm ring out of shape to put it on. Doing that will destroy the item. The open ring is intended for size adjustment only. It is not intended to be fully opened in order to place the item directly on your upper arm.
